Our Peregrine Hill wines are from our vineyard in West Texas. We only make three wines, a Chardonnay, a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Pinot Noir. These wines are only made in the 750ml size.
Peregrine Hill wines were created in 2003 and they are inspired by the grace, elegance and admirable perseverance of the Peregrine Falcon, the fastest in flight of all birds, which is indigenous to the area where we grow our grapes.
